AJ House

Our family of four stayed in the room with the two bunk beds and the ensuite bathrooom. The kids loved the view from the room, watching all the traffic across Yeongdodaegyo bridge during the day and the lights of the city at night. The living area had an even better view across two other bridges that were all lit up at night. The fish market is just across the street and so is the next subway station, which connects the property easily to all the major attractions in the city. Our host, AJ, made an awesome Korean breakfast and spoke perfect English, which made it so much easier to enquire about things. The beds were comfy. All in all we really liked staying here, exploring different parts of Busan.

The windows being dirty from the outside was probably the only thing that distracted from the great views across the city, but given that this is up to building maintenance and not the accommodation not much that can be done about it. The place itself had a little bit of wear and tear, but definitely not a deal breaker.

AJ was really nice and gave us A lot of suggestions about our journy in Busan. The location of AJ HOUSE is very good. The view from the living room is fantastic. every Morning We were waken up by The sunshine We will recommend this place to our friends and hope come back to this beautiful city soon. BTW，Amy liked the snack gift from AJ very much.

AJ was very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse has very good view of the harbour area and the Busan Tower. Excellent location within easy walking distance from Nampo subway station and shopping area. Easy to travel to all other attractions in Busan using subway.

Felt very welcomed by AJ.. Taxi driver didn't know how to get to this guesthouse hence called AJ, not only did he help to give clear direction he also waited for our arrival. He's very helpful by answering all our queries patiently.

You can see Jalgalchi Fish Market and the port and boats. A 5 min walk from the subway station over a short bridge. Also near Lotte Mall and Gukje Market. AJ was very helpful and accommodated our needs. We made our own breakfast but he provided anything we needed. We could use his shared kitchen. Fancy toilet with heated seat and bidet function.

This place is a approved location by the Korea Tourism Organization which is how I came to stay at this place. It's an amazing guesthouse with beautiful views. Right in the heart of Busan, it's close to all of the shopping / downtown areas and has a view overlooking the Jagalchi Fish Market as well as a water front view on all sides. It's an amazing place. And for the price it's not bad considering it's just in such an amazing location. Very close to the Lotte Mall as well. It's a little ways or from Haeundae, Gwangalli beach and Centum City, but a subway trip there won't take up too much of your time. I rented a motorcycle so it wasn't to bad getting to and from the beach for us. Don't go to Haeundae if you're looking for a quiet place to relax. It's about as commercial and crowded as it gets. Any other beach other than Haeundae will do the trick. My bed was a memory foam bed. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. Air conditioning in every room

A lot of passwords for the doors into the building. But that's about it. This place by my standards for a guesthouse is perfect. I don't plan on spending a whole lot of time in the guesthouse when I travel anyway.
